The minimal iso does not include any desktop. Only the shell is processed.
Login with your minimal username to install desktop.
Make your internet connection using the nmtui tool.
Enter the following commands in order;

sudo pisi ur
sudo pisi up -s
sudo pisi it -c desktop.kde.plasma
sudo pisi it sddm konsole package-manager dolphin

Reboot when the process is complete.
When the login page comes up, click Session and select x11.
Open the system by entering your password.
Applications and kde framework are not installed on the system.
Install the packages you want by running the system > package manager from the menu.
